Jason (who claimed to be a lawyer) was incredibly rude and borderline aggressive in how he spoke. Have never been spoken to with such hostility. Very sad that people seeking services will be treated with such disrespect. Will consider reporting for investigation of bias.
For my particular situation no advice was allowed. The person stated that I best call the legal aide society . Interesting, because it was the legal aide who referred me to them from the start of this call. It's like a shell game. They go into work but they don't want to help or assist the people who are in the most need of their help. Disgraceful to say the least.
The person who answers the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful. His lack of empathy and professionalism is mind blowing.

The rudest most unprofessional customer service/initial point of contact I have ever come into contact with. I called earlier to ask about support for one issue that could not be serviced through this program. Great. I totally understand that and respect that. If nothing can be done, that is just a part of life and out of my control. Unfortunately, the service I mentioned had more than one part to it.
