I love working at queen village. Your herbs u grew r fantastic.also thanks for all yhe staff being so loving and helpful for my mom. She is the dearest sweetest lady. Also I could be there when she needed me . Thanks for the flowers when she passed away .
Update...(2nd review) I would like to thank Queens Village and their entire team for their kindness and support they gave my mom during her stay there. You went over and beyond to be sure she was well cared for. I appreciate and loved how you were able to get her to participate most activities. Horrible place , bed bugs, everything is broken untrained staff doing un safe transfers to patient . underpaid by far 17.33 is disgusting while doing ltc work in retirement home . Only good thing I have to say is Allan from rec is fantastic and Tracy upc is the sweestest.
Our family has both my Mom and Mother in law living at Queen’s. The staff is kind and caring. There is a true culture of community. The recreational therapists are outstanding and connect with the residents from their hearts. The building is currently being updated and for both Mothers feels more like a home than a residence. We are grateful everyday for the respect, support and commitment all staff share with our family.
I did quite a bit of research before selecting Queens Village Retirement Home for my mom. I'm happy to say I am very pleased with Queens Village and the staff. The staff are attentive and they know each resident and address their needs. I highly recommend Queens Village.
