Their hours of operation are varied so you can make an appointment after work or on a Saturday, the staff are very friendly, the easy-to-find location has free parking in back, their website for appointments and waitlists is effective and really easy to navigate (plus provides appointment reminders!), and a big shout-out to Sandy who provides excellent treatment with exercises for maintaining good strength and flexibility.

Ben Blais, One of the best RMTs I have ever met. Last 10 years I had about over 12 RMTs experiences in other clinics and I can say that he is one of the bests, I would say top 3 overall(2 of them left other clinic due to personal issue). And outstanding on injuries. He finds the problem even if you struggle to explain and fix it. It is hard to find skillful therapist, imo. Highly recommend him.
I had a 60 minute massage with Joelle today and I can honestly say, between her skills, her professionalism and her genuine want to heal her patients, this has been the best experience I have had to date. I will absolutely be switching to Queen's Park Massage Therapy as my regular go to spot!
