I came to read these reviews because I am considering this place for in-patient rehab for a family member. I expected to see complaints, but what I noticed is that the complaints were left unanswered and the kudos got replied to. This gave me pause, as it seems to justify the complaints about the lack of communication and responsivity.
Great friendly staff, good care and atmosphere.
My sister got permanent line
The nurses are too cheap to pay 15 dollars a month for parking designated to them so they illegally park in 2 hour zones for their entire shift. City street is for everyone to use including the residents who live in the area as well. Poor management that does not respect neighbours living in the area
