From my experience so far they appear to be a great aged care facility. Staff are friendly and helpful, daily activities for residents and regular residents meetings
Most abusive staff. Rude arrogant. This should be closed down. The quality of life is dramatically reduced by the unprofessional and lack of training by so called nurses. I recommend every family install hidden Cameras for loved ones and get them out. Treat the elderly with respect. We are all going to get old some day. How can such aged care facility get away with cruelty.
