The manager is disrespectful with newcomers, taking advantage of the absence of knowledge through abusive fees, making fun of people who follow-up on things and ask questions just to understand how the system works. Very dissappointing experience for a family that came to this country to find a better life and who are trying to do the right thing, paying taxes accordingly and respecting the given opportunity. In only 4 months I was charged more fees than the taxes I had to pay. The manager Manal Chen refused to give me back the money I was charged in advance for the whole year for services I did not receive. In each invoice they included concepts never agreed upon and it was impossible to contact them without having to chase them.
