Queens Estate is a wonderful memory care community for my grandpa. He has dementia and ongoing delusions, but the staff meet him where he is with so much love, patience, compassion, and respect. As a renovation contractor, I was impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of Queens Estate Retirement Residence. The facility is well kept, the staff are professional, and the environment is warm and welcoming. Great place with excellent attention to detail.
My mother has been there a year and a half, the staff are very friendly, considerate, patient and responsive; the facilities are well maintained. As a visitor I always feel welcomed. I get regular updates on my mothers condition and suggestions about her treatments. I'm thankful for their support.

My mom spent 4.5 years at Queens Estate in memory care. The nursing and PSW staff took really good care of her. They were attentive and very patient with our mom’s progressive dementia with her cognitive decline (repetitive questions, sundowning and anxiety in the evenings) and her mobility decline.
