My mom spent 4.5 years at Queens Estate in memory care. The nursing and PSW staff took really good care of her. They were attentive and very patient with our mom’s progressive dementia with her cognitive decline (repetitive questions, sundowning and anxiety in the evenings) and her mobility decline. My mother has been living at Queen’s Estate for the past 1.5 years and was recently accepted at long term care. She is 80 years old, has dementia and is exit seeking. The staff have been really great here. They have been professional and have communicated very well about my mother’s needs. You can see that the ladies who took care of my mother really cared about her. I felt that my mother has been safe in this place and I would recommend it for anyone with an elderly parent who needs extra care and attention.
