My mother has been there a year and a half, the staff are very friendly, considerate, patient and responsive; the facilities are well maintained. As a visitor I always feel welcomed. I get regular updates on my mothers condition and suggestions about her treatments. I'm thankful for their support.
So grateful for the attention and care that is shown to my grandmother here. This place is an extension of my family and the relief I feel knowing she is not only safe but loved is not measurable. Thank you to the entire staff of the queens estate
My mom spent 4.5 years at Queens Estate in memory care. The nursing and PSW staff took really good care of her. They were attentive and very patient with our mom’s progressive dementia with her cognitive decline (repetitive questions, sundowning and anxiety in the evenings) and her mobility decline.
