Formerly Queens County Savings Bank. This is a great community bank with a very friendly staff of professionals who will always offer to help and make your banking experience as helpful as possible. They call back on phone if promised and other professional acts.
I work long hours and 6 days a week. I needed to make changes and they were less than helpful. I told them I would no longer be using them and the manager Adrian laughed on the phone
