Not helpful just bcz I was only new there
The lady at the front desk is very unprofessional and wanted to argue with me on the phone.
They take advantage of non English speaking customers. My sister in law is owed a refund from western Union. Western union called yesterday and told them to release the money- which had only been sent a few hours prior. The owner or whomever the man is who was there said now he has to wait for an email confirmation and to come back tomorrow. This is inaccurate and illegal. MY sister in law may l not speak English but I DO and I have contacted BBB already and will be making more complaints as necessary.
