I should have written this review before now, but last summer Dr. Zachary Hurt treated me with SAAT for alpha gal. It has made it fun to eat again without worrying about unpleasant side effects, including unpredictable, explosive diarrhea. I still have to be careful with dairy, but that is usually ok too. Reasonably priced, including a follow up, I highly recommended this to others with alpha gal.
Zach changed my health FOR THE BETTER! I started seeing him regularly for nervous system regulation/anxiety, but as we started working together, he helped inform me about bioidentical hormones -- which I then began - and that alone changed my life! I feel so much better and more balanced. After learning more about my symptoms, he ran labs for mold, found I had a huge mold intolerance and he gave me a detox protocol for that, which has HUGELY helped. I recommend him to all my patients and am so thankful for his expertise!
