Terrible customer service and way over-priced! On two occasions, I came to store during posted business hours. Both times, the owner treated me like a nuisance. "I normally require appointments." For a retail store?? Ridiculous return policy... 7 days for exchange only. Considering how difficult it is to predict dog's fit in clothing, basically everything in the store is final sale.
