Aka: Creative Nail Spa. Walked up at 10:05am on a Sunday morning, they’re supposed to be open at 10:00am. The lights are off and door is locked. Called to see what time they would be in. Woman told me they were booked until 11:15. Called a second time and asked when they opened; I’m still standing outside the shop. Lights are still off and door is still locked.
