Horrible experience. Booked for Christmas for our family and grand kids and they never showed up. Called multiple times. Finally got a response and they said the limo broke down and would call us back and never did. Very disappointing and would never recommend to anyone. Worst customer service ever
Do not recommend, a horrible experience with this company. They lied about the bus, and several things involving the bus. They were 45 min late to pick up and extremely rude. Tried to call and got hung up on several times and ignored all my messages. DO NOT RECOMMEND they were terrible!!!
