The Queen Elizabeth II Building is one of Edmonton's most recognizable government buildings, and despite working almost across the street from it, I never really appreciated it until I had several opportunities to spend more time there. Over the years, I have visited the building numerous times and have always found it to be secure, well organized, and exceptionally clean. A nice visitor center. The gift shop is a bit of a disappointment but the overall facility is nice.
