Services provided by the Audiology services were unsustainable with open access for its activities. Since it became access by appointment only it has become virtually impossible to speak to anyone. Most, or almost all communications are blocked and users are reduced to using a messaging service. I have wasted so much time attempting to make a single appointment just to have 10 minutes whilst my hearing aid pipes are replaced. I could change them myself if I was provided with some. Frustration doesn’t cut it I’m afraid.

I’ve been a QE patient for more than ten years, for the last few years I haven’t had a single phone call picked up, I’ve been into the hospital and the place is closed. I need battery and tube replacements but can’t seem to contact anyone, currently I can’t wear one hearing aid as the tube has worn out and I need a replacement asap and I’ve just rang multiple times and yet no answer. It really is frustrating.
