I gave these people more than a month to alter my dress, it still wasn’t done, they told me come back in an hour. Sequins are coming off every where, it is way too long and there is loose threads and looks obviously rushed. I don’t have time to get it fixed because my prom is in five days!
My daughter & I went to the shop Friday to look for fun fashion for her upcoming pageant. The staff was extremely helpful and caring. Bonnie helped us showing several options along with having the tailor help with items that would potentially need alterations. The other worker was very nice as well and sweet. Marcy the store owner was helpful with the entire process and we truly appreciate her working with us to find the perfect fun fashion after the one we had our eyes on sold out.
