5 star review is probably generous but since my order was eventually filled, I’ll at least least my review and leave the rating up for debate. So, it’s now October 10th, I placed an order on 8/16 for 1 shirt, website transaction went smooth. About 2-3 weeks later, I received my shirt. Shirt design correct, actual shirt that I ordered, not correct. I called their number on their website, it goes to a voicemail stating they are busy and all communication can be done on their website and then the line goes dead, no way to leave... read more

I have not been able to get in contact with anyone after purchasing shirts online on October 23, 2024. I have left countless emails and voicemails and went to the storefront but found a note on the door stating that Queen City Tees has moved to an "Appointment Only" basis. The only way to set up an appointment is through email, considering recently they have discontinued the ability to call and leave a voicemail. Lastly, I was double charged for a single order and this has yet to be corrected.
I have ordered from Queen City tees before and have had no issues. I placed an order at the beginning of the month 11/1 it is now 11/18 for 2 things. I have attempted multiple times to get an update on my order, email, multiple times calling and voicemails, even went to the store front to try and talk with someone but the door was locked (I went during the business hours they said they were open) and I have not been able to get an update.
