Nick came to my house and we did an hour long stretch session. It was just what I needed to feel some relief in my hips that I have been struggling with. He was very attentive and never pushed my stretches too far to a level of being too much or uncomfortable. It was such a relaxing session and I am so grateful for the help he gave me!! The absolute best! My pectoralis major has become incredibly tight since I gave birth to my first child about eight years ago. I then had three more children back-to-back. This particular muscle has caused me the most pain, aside from the tight hip flexors. After just one session, I experienced a significant improvement in mobility compared to when I had four children. I eagerly anticipate returning for more sessions to further enhance my body’s flexibility for longevity. Thank you so much!
Nick is fantastic!!! My daughter came in with a huge knot around her shoulder blade area that was hurting her for almost a year. After 2 sessions she started feeling a whole lot better. No more pain and the knot has loosened up tremendously. She also mentioned some lower back/hip pain and he helped relieve her of that too! I have seen Nick a few times over the past few years for tightness, hip and back pain, and a great stretch, in my eyes, helps keep the body moving great!
