Nick is fantastic!!! My daughter came in with a huge knot around her shoulder blade area that was hurting her for almost a year. After 2 sessions she started feeling a whole lot better. No more pain and the knot has loosened up tremendously. She also mentioned some lower back/hip pain and he helped relieve her of that too! I have seen Nick a few times over the past few years for tightness, hip and back pain, and a great stretch, in my eyes, helps keep the body moving great! Nick is the absolute greatest in every aspect! From initially making you feel super comfortable and at ease. He actually listens to what your problem is, and works through it with you to fix it! My aunt got me a 1 hour stretch session with Nick to see how I liked it. I called to make an appointment, and was told to send a text and we will schedule from there. I was able to be seen within 5 days of making contact. I arrived and he was ready on time. His workspace was clean and smelled nice. Easy listening tunes in the background. Nick is professional, experienced and can offer up some small talk that made the time breeze right by. My legs felt lighter and refreshed afterwards.
I have been working with Nick, monthly, for years. I am very active and FST allows me to continue my active sports life. Nick is extremely knowledgeable about the body and the mechanics of the body. I recently experienced a hamstring injury and Nick was able to relieve the pain with soft tissue work and stretching. My hamstring issue has resolved. I would highly recommend FST and especially working with Nick!
Nick is the absolute best! I had shoulder surgery 6 months ago and have had very limited range of motion & significant pain even after finishing 3 months of PT. I’ve seen him 6 times with tremendous results with my range of motion & very little daily pain. He is extremely professional, genuinely cares & super knowledgeable!
