The lady that works at the Queen City Smoke and Vape shop is extremely rude, put out, and a bit hostile. Her behaviour towards customers is unprofessional and unethical. I will not be back. She lost my business due to her unprofessionalism and hostile behavior when conducting business.

Unfortunately this business was closed when I arrived yesterday. Today I was told they’re unable to change the hours online and that they would put a sign up with correct hours. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Luna, she is very kind and was empathetic to my situation. She apologized and understood where I was coming from. 5 stars for Luna!!!! Seriously this establishment is lucky to have her, she’s so sweet!!

Great selection and lots of variety, but don't get me started on the customer service. One woman acts like it's a problem to put her phone down and help people out. It shouldn't take a business getting shutdown to realize the value of the customer. I'll drive in to Texarkana just to avoid the horrible service you get here.
