Joe's customer service is top notch! He was friendly, efficient and kind. I always struggle to find a running shoe that fits properly and within minutes I had 3 that were comfortable, well fitting and stylish. I was even able to special order a pair. I would definitely recommend to anyone! They may be a smaller store but they make up for it in friendly customer service and knowledge.
Joe...walked in knowing I needed a "real" pair of walking shoes. Was greeted immediately and was able to look around to see the different gym shoes. Joe asked my name and took great care of me. I ended up with Hoka and am super excited about the purchase. Thank you for your time and old fashioned service that I greatly appreciated!!! Would highly recommend a visit to our community store on Cheviot Road.
