My daughter HATES to smile for photos, even more so if she doesn't know the photographer. Usually this results in school pictures that resemble either a mug shot or the "before" part of a makeover show. Somehow, Queen City Photography got great photos. Yep, multiple, all of them good. The packages were reasonably priced and allowed us to choose more than one pose, which was great. Yes, there was a glitch with the website at first but they were responsive and got it handled. Over priced for bad lighting for both of my kids they just picked up a contract with hugh k cassell elementary school in Augusta County va I was excited at first to support small business but the camera is looking like it's looking up at them instead of at eye level and the lights casted a dark shadow over my children faces I spent 70 dollars on just my sons pictures for the basic package with the 1 (8×10) picture in the package then had to turn around and do the same for my daughter I will be contacting the school over this... read more
