My experience of banking with Qudos bank has been extremely poor. For 2 years I have not been able to access my account. There processes & red tape is extremely old school, cumbersome & out right painful on purpose. Therefore i moved all my banking needs to cba. The staff in call centre & are extremely unhelpful either & it almost seems like they find processes to make your life difficult rather than showing an intention to take ownership & resolve your complaint/ concerns/ problem.
How dare you block two of my accounts with out my permission all because of not receiving the source of wealth documentation with no follow ups or a phone call asking why this documnet has not been filled in even though we discussed these accounts several times over the past month or so
I have banked with QUDOS for over 3 years, securing a home loan with them on May 12th 2022. In the beginning, my payments being transferred were not going through for the first two months, so I made changes to the dates of the transfer, and this helped. I made monthly payments at first and then fortnightly payments regularly, set up as an automatic transfer from my other bank account to Qudos.
