When won't a bank be a bank! When it's QUDOS! "Banks" should be available and able to process ALL banking transactions! Being directed to go to the post office to deposit a cheque in my name because even though I'm standing in your branch... you don't do actual real banking. Will be leaving QUDOS when our loan is due to refinance!

Whole process of our home loan application was made difficult from day one, no communication maintained, staff who were originally looking after application was leaving so therefore didn't care about correct management of our loan, then new staff took over who knew nothing about how payments were to be made, how interest will be charged, why certain fees and charges were being added and the manager at the branch couldn't even return calls for questions we asked the new guy about, all documents were left until last minute to ... read more
