I can not speek highly enough of The staff at Qudos Bank in Nidrie they really are exceotional always polite and nothing is ever a bother, excerlent Banking facilities with very helpful servsce and advice offering you more rather than less with so many options. 100 % best bank by far Qudos,

Whole process of our home loan application was made difficult from day one, no communication maintained, staff who were originally looking after application was leaving so therefore didn't care about correct management of our loan, then new staff took over who knew nothing about how payments were to be made, how interest will be charged, why certain fees and charges were being added and the manager at the branch couldn't even return calls for questions we asked the new guy about, all documents were left until last minute to ... read more

Thanks to the amazing and personal Team at Niddrie Branch for assisting me with loan review and switch,I actually drove out to them to see and talk face to face.I am so glad i did it was quick and all done on the spot within 10 minutes,totally worth it!
