Qudos Bank have taken to ignoring my written Term Deposit Maturity Instructions which I provided 3 months ago by Secure Mail via the Qudos app and last week by Australia Post due to my previous bad experience with Secure Mail. Rubbish service, changed home loans as they couldn't get close to matching the big 4 after many years as a loyal customer. Recently they closed my account with very little notice due to inactivity and then made me jump through hoops to transfer the remaining funds in the account. Please reconsider doing business with theses guys.
what is the point of banking here - do not answer the phone - waiting waiting and more waiting how about we just change the name to "Waiting Bank" and see how they like it.
