I applied for a car loan and, after waiting nearly two weeks with no update, I called to follow up. Each time I called, the wait time to speak to someone was around 5–10 minutes. RIP QSCU/Qudos. After 32 years, I will close my accounts. Bank Australia will take over and will only provide loans for pure EV's and "green" homes. So much for customer choice.
Qudos Bank have taken to ignoring my written Term Deposit Maturity Instructions which I provided 3 months ago by Secure Mail via the Qudos app and last week by Australia Post due to my previous bad experience with Secure Mail. Qudos won’t follow the clear written instructions that I have given them without contacting me via telephone to confirm that the instructions originated from me as apparently even signed forms received via Australia Post are now deemed by Qudos Bank to be insecure.
