I highly recommend Michelle as one of the best massage therapists I've ever had in my life (and I've had a lot of massage.) She is so deeply knowledgeable about the body and has helped relieve my chronic pain. Michelle's studio is professional and inviting. She's attentive to your needs and an excellent communicator in person and via text. Feeling so lucky to have Quay Massage so close to home!
Michelle is super professional and highly knowledgeable. She explains the science behind the massage and relates her prognosis in layman's terms. Michelle can 'read' the muscles!! Highly recommend for the immediate care and consultation but also for the aftercare advice.
