I've used Quatro Tax for my property tax protest...they saved me a significant amount on my tax bill. In Texas you really have to fight your appraisal every year, and they made the process easy while getting a great result. Fantastic firm, I'll definitely continue using them.
Major lack of communication from them. I paid for a service I don’t feel I received. If you need to protest you can get better results yourself than they can obtain on your behalf.
After paying the $200, I had to continuously email, asking for updates about my protest. Months after the deadline I just receive a letter from the county denying the protest. It turns out the company bulks about 1500 other proprieties together and talks about all of them in the same hearing. After receiving the letter, I’ve called and emailed for weeks asking to explain what happened but I still can’t get ahold of them. Update: 1 week later and still no call from Franko
