Great selection and fair prices! I bought some beautiful beads for my next jewelry project and will happily shop again.
Terrible customer service. The woman at the desk on 9/12 in the afternoon was rude. In fact she held up her index finger to silence me, twice when asking for clarification on the price. She didn’t greet us on our way in, no offer to help us at all. Store well stocked but I won’t ever go back due to her attitude. I hope the store owner addresses this with her.
There's a lot of great, quality crystals here in a variety of forms. I look forward to visiting again. Unfortunately I got there as they were closing for lunch and she was nice enough to let me in but consequently I anxiously hurried through. Looking forward to going back to explore at a nice slow rate.
