Court was able to talk me through my layers of pain through overuse, injuries, and body structure. She knew before I did that I look right a lot at my monitor, something I didn’t even place! My healing journey is in good hands! Bonus: This little sound device is chefs kiss. Took a picture to get one myself!
Courtney was so knowledgeable and professional. She truly took the time to get to the bottom of what was causing pain. I woke up for the first time in over 6 months without any hip pain. I highly recommend her!
Courtney is amazing at what she does and really knows her stuff. I saw her for an IT band injury and she immediately narrowed in on my tight spots and imbalances and helped to alleviate them as well as gave me tips for after! Highly recommend if you are looking for someone who excels in body work!
MAGIC. I can’t put into words how healing my session with Courtney was. She helped me move through stored trauma in a way years of therapy never could. 5 stars does not rate this experience. 11/10
Would highly recommend Courtney for your bodywork needs. Great massage that was focused on tension relief in my neck and shoulder regions. She is detail oriented and makes sure her client receives the treatment plan associated with the problem area.
