I had a poor experience with my meal last evening but today Matt the director came to see me. We resolved the issue. That is what is so great about this place. They really work with you to resolve your problems.
Their communication sucks! I called several days ago to ask about respite care for my mom. Emma is the one I spoke with. I asked if cats are allowed in respite stay with residents. She said she did not know but would find out for me. She said she would email me info and answer that question later that day. I thought it was strange that she did not know that answer.
