Both Nick and Teresa offered good advice with explanations of the market dynamics and what was required for a quick and efficient sale. They always delivered as promised with many interactions to select the right buyer. They both worked very hard and the outcome was excellent. The service level is certainly beyond that of the usual local agents.
The service provided by Quarters was excellent from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough. The friendly but professional service they provided us, took the stress out of selling our house. Their attention to detail to bring the house to market, and their communication throughout was brilliant. Not to mention all of the additional advice along the way - they go above and beyond. We would recommend Nick and Teresa to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in and around Wokingham.

We purchased our new home through Quarters and had a great experience. From the first viewings with Anne, who was so lovely and knowledgeable about the properties, to the on-going communication with Nick during the conveyancing process. Nick was also great at keeping in contact with the estate agents we were selling our property through to keep the process moving. Highly recommend!
Honestly cannot recommend Nick & Teresa enough!! Highly professional and yet like having friends sell your house for you! They were encouraging, straightforward (even when the actual process is not!!), reliable, and generally went above and beyond.
