Here we go truckers... I want to share with you my friends my experience with Rhys Logsdon , working for QB transportation... I booked a load with this unprofessional Saler GA to Ga and when i got to shipper... the office lady , very nicely told me than this load is reschedul by shipper and is not available anymore.. i email this unprofessional guy and explain what office lady told me.... I asked for TONU too... no answer!!! I email many times... nothing.. so i call him with ext.... not disponibile... I call with out ext ...... read more
THIS IS JOKE NOT THE company. We booked load with Rhys Logsdon and Edgar D'Costa. We completed carrier packet in nest 3 min. After that they didn't answer (emails/phones) more than hour. And looks like they JUST BOOKED load behind our back with the cheaper rate. CARRIERS STAY AWAY FROM Joke like this company. Save your time and energy for more professional people.
QB Transportation is the kind of company that makes you question why you ever put them in the game. They’re constantly giving loads back last minute with no heads-up like they just decided to walk off the field mid-drive. Total lack of accountability and zero respect for the people actually trying to move freight. They’ve tried to backdoor our vendors and customers more than once, thinking they could sneak through the line unnoticed. talking to a broker - asking him about his VA-QC lane - three times the guy responds with QC-NY - misspells both the QC pick up city and the NY delivery city. Either he doesn't have command of the English language or is drinking on the job. Who knows.
i did a load with them and they screwed up by scheduling a pickup instead of a delivery and then driver lost a day and they did not pay layover this company is horrible i recommend to stay away from this broker
