By far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I attempted to purchase a pair of boots that showed as available online. After two hours of trying to complete the purchase, I finally called customer service—only to be told that the boots were actually unavailable and should have been removed from the site. I then ordered a pair of slippers and moccasins instead. A few days before they were supposed to arrive, the moccasins were suddenly canceled.
