By far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I attempted to purchase a pair of boots that showed as available online. After two hours of trying to complete the purchase, I finally called customer service—only to be told that the boots were actually unavailable and should have been removed from the site. I felt neglected by the staff and when I did get their attention it seemed like I was being a bother. The store was almost empty, there was only one staff member on the floor and he was helping one lady with her two children, he walked past me twice fully ignoring my presence I had to find a way to find a way to get his attention to see if he could find someone to help me.
