Wow, so impressed with the customer service at Quarks in the New Sudbury Shopping Centre! Nellie was wonderful….so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She helped me find the perfect pair of sandals for my very narrow feet and made the whole experience enjoyable. Colleen, the manager, was also wonderful and made me feel genuinely welcome. It’s clear they both care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Thank you both for such a great shopping experience!
Just bought a pair of Birkenstocks. Really good experience at the store. Bianca was really helpful and is having good product knowledge and is always ready to help. Really appreciate the in store experience.
By far the best shoe store I've been to. The staff cares and finds the best absolute fit or will recommend a better alternative to accommodate any budget. The selection is amazing. The store always clean. The overall atmosphere is welcoming. 10/10 definitely recommended.
Didn’t find what we needed. But the staff were fantastic. I wish I remembered the names of the two ladies assisting us but they were fantastic.
