This store is very clean and organized. I had a very warm welcome, Megan was very nice and helped me a lot with what I needed in the proper shoes her co worker was very nice as well. Keep up the great work
I have never been so dissappointed in such poor service EVER!!! I called to the Quarks Shoes- Souithcentre early this afternoon and spoke with C. (out of respect will not state her name as apparently it was her first day) She sounded quite knowledgeable on the phone and assisted with UK sizing. She then put aside a pair of black Remonte boots with my name and said I had until tomorrow close to pick them up. C. even claimed she was holding them in her hands while I was on the phone with her. Still have not received my shoes that I paid $100.00 for. Customer service will not answer the phone or emails? Would really like my money back if you have no intention of fulfilling my order.
