charging me $23 month for 2 years after I cancelled over a $14 card reader that they never requested back. They won't answer the phone.
My practice has been with Quantus for over 5 years. They are very attentive and professional every time we have needed them. We have recommended several other businesses and each one has been very happy with their rates and service. I highly recommend Quantus Solutions if you are looking for a payment processer.
Stay Away! Horrible service! After 18 months I gave up and went elsewhere and even saved money. They will charge you a cancellation fee, despite promising that they won't. A nasty collections agent will call you and threaten to damage your credit if you don't pay up.
Quantus offered my medical practice the latest EMV technology and best rates. We have other credit card companies approach us for a rate comparison and we alway stay with Quantus. Very Satisfied.
Their customer service department is awful; spent five days trying to get replacement terminal and no one returned my call. Go to any other company - not them
