Imagine a debt collector not trying to collect a debt. Have been trying to get a payoff and they simply won't give me one. They purchased a debt, then put a lien on my property and I've been extremely patient trying to receive a payoff but it's like they don't care about getting paid.
Lihn K Tran is the worst to deal with. Very unprofessional, trying to work with them, actually paid my accounts and they refused to comply with simple requests or do due diligence to confirm payments clear. If there was ever a company and employee that I would like to see go away forever it would be Quantum3 Group LLC and Linh K Tran. I could have resolved account issues much sooner and quicker if they would have actually acted professional and respectful.
