Unfortunately, my experience with this spa was disappointing. After my initial consultation, I was sent for lab work but never received any follow-up regarding my results or treatment plan. When I called to ask about next steps, I was told someone would contact me after reviewing my labs, but I never received a call.
I’ve been seeing Taylor for my facials, derma planing and laser hair removal. She is so kind and patient. She’s very thorough and gets every problem area with the laser. I spent over $600 at a different place, and saw little to no results after 12 (yes 12!!) treatments. After one session with Taylor, I saw significant reduction in hair growth. I purchased the monthly membership and it’s so worth it. Ladies treat yourself to a membership here and book with Taylor!
I just adore Taylor and Ellie. This med spa is a one stop spot for all things beauty and self care. They are affordable without cutting corners. Every service that I have gotten here is always amazing. From the facials &laser to the Botox/lip filler treatments. The office staff are more than accommodating and always welcoming. Had the Ultra Clear procedure about two weeks ago. Happy with the results so far and expect to see continued improvements in the coming weeks. Lots of compliments from my friends.
