After my horse‑riding injury, I wasn’t sure how long it would take to feel normal again. Working with Ryan Martin at Quantum Wellness changed everything. She listened, understood the demands of riding, and tailored every step of my recovery. Ryan focused on rebuilding stability, reducing pain, and restoring full range of motion — all while keeping my riding goals at the center. I’m so grateful for her dedication and the progress she helped me achieve.
Love this place! Quantum Wellness has been a game-changer for my fitness goals. Ryan is a great bodybuilding trainer and coach who genuinely knows her stuff—I constantly learn something new from her. She also customized my diet by evaluating my body composition and adjusting my calories, protein, and carbs to ensure I came in great shape. The advanced equipment in the studio gives me totally new ways to stimulate muscle growth, and the recovery services are exactly what I need to bounce back for my next workout.
I started going to Quantum wellness after a horseback riding accident. My body was in need of deep tissue healing. I received the help I needed and more. Once I started healing, Ryan helped me focus on my weight and strength. So far I have lost 50 pounds and my body doesn’t hurt anymore from joint or back pain.
Ryan has helped me tremendously thus far via the Neubie. It’s been a huge boost in my development. Also helps having a pro like Ryan to push you to places that are hard to reach on your own! Thank you Ryan!
Ryan is amazing. When my son went to her he learned so much about his body and how to take care of it and how to workout properly without hurting himself.
