I have lost 25 lbs in 2 months, the program works if you follow it and not cheat. Drea is a fantastic coach, very positive and supportive. I was able to drop my cholesterol medication! Thanks to Drea and the program, I am pleased with my results. Highly recommend the program.
I have been on the weight loss program with Cornerstone Wellness since the first week of March, so 3 weeks now, I already lost 12 lbs! My belt is one notch tighter now which it really cool!
