Kathleen is one of those people who are truly good at what they do. I have been to so many practitioners in my life and nothing really moved the needle, but Myofacial release has. When I can feel my body struggling, I come see Kathleen, like a magician, she finds what’s wrong and fixes it. I highly recommend her to almost everyone when the conversation turns to health care and wellness. Unlike other modalities, I feel this one embodies the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of an ailment. It’s life changing.

Kathleen helped me immensely with my rotator cuff issue. I went for 6-8 sessions and she had me feeling so much better each time. I had tried traditional physical therapy for 8 weeks and got nowhere near the relief I had from seeing Kathleen a handful of times. I was out of the gym for a couple months, now I’m back to it! Best part, I avoided surgery!
