First time here. While visiting family, I felt like I needed an energy boost. Immediately felt a tingling sensation and deep relaxation within minutes of entering the room. The whole center is beautifully designed and decorated. Comfy chairs. Easy access to a restroom. Thanks Tammy for making me feel so welcome. I'll definitely be back on my next visit.

My wife Lisa and Ihave seen and felt improvements within a short time, during each session. Within 15 to 20 minutes, my neck and shoulders start to relax and I can feel my blood pressure and overall tension in my body start to release. After a session I feel a balance of being relaxed yet not tired but re-energized. Lisa experiences frequent shoulder pain, and typically Within a session the pain has subsided.

Having access to this center is a gift! I grew up with holistic wellness but my husband didn't and he was sceptical...Now, he's hooked. We both have good energy, sleep great, and less pain from old injuries. Todd and Sara are awesome!
