Heather's knowledge, compassion, and effectiveness are a powerful combination. She's relieved my pain, yes, but she's also taught me how to build a self-care practice for myself. I always leave her office feeling better and armed with new tools to move forward in healing and building strength.
Heather is a magical therapist. She has an intuitive natural understanding of how the body works and how it can be healed. I have been going to her as needed for about 12 years and never been disappointed in her treatments. She is generous with her time and goes the ‘extra bit’ in working out a solution to the problem. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Heather is the best. She is knowledgeable and is always learning. She is exceptional with techniques for fibromyalgia pain. She is caring and listens to her patients and adjust her treatments to their threshold.
Heather is amazing! I have been seeing her for a year and her work has help me move and reduced pain. Suffering from an autoimmune disease I had pain, stopped moving and become super stiff. I knew I had to do something to get my body moving again. I looked for someone who had been trained in the John Barnes method of myofascial release. I am super happy with my treatment and progress.
