Scam!!! I paid this attorney in February for services, submitted all documents and nothing. I sent a message in the client portal for an update and the next time I went to log in I no longer had access. Phone is now out of service. Very unprofessional.
Working with attorney Shawnielle Predeoux was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve ever had. She misrepresented me in my lemon law case, failed to submit key documents I provided, and came to court completely unprepared—despite claiming it was a “clear-cut” case. We even had to go to a public library to print missing paperwork that she never entered into evidence. Shawnielle provided no support in my dispute with a law enforcement insurance company. She never answered my calls or emails for weeks. had to work harder to talk to her than the insurance company. Do not recommend.
I tried to hire this firm which I found through a legal plan referral and had one cordial conversation with the attorney. But the documents they said they were going to send to open the case and move it forward never arrived. After four phone calls and repeated promises over a week or so, I gave up. Shawnielle apparently is paying to have negative reviews removed about her law firm, because I reported her on here and with the American Bar Association for unprofessionalism, and not performing the work I paid her $1100 for. I found her through MetLife legal services on my former job. She talks a.good game, but was clearly in over her head on a complicated probate dispute with my siblings over my mother's estate.
