Working with attorney Shawnielle Predeoux was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve ever had. She misrepresented me in my lemon law case, failed to submit key documents I provided, and came to court completely unprepared—despite claiming it was a “clear-cut” case. Shawnielle provided no support in my dispute with a law enforcement insurance company. She never answered my calls or emails for weeks. had to work harder to talk to her than the insurance company. Do not recommend.

I tried to hire this firm which I found through a legal plan referral and had one cordial conversation with the attorney. But the documents they said they were going to send to open the case and move it forward never arrived. After four phone calls and repeated promises over a week or so, I gave up. Shawnielle apparently is paying to have negative reviews removed about her law firm, because I reported her on here and with the American Bar Association for unprofessionalism, and not performing the work I paid her $1100 for. I found her through MetLife legal services on my former job. She talks a.good game, but was clearly in over her head on a complicated probate dispute with my siblings over my mother's estate. DO NOT RECOMMEND! EXTREMELY unprofessional & rude. Asked for the same info repeatedly, which proves she wrote nothing down when asked the first time. When asked to spell her name, her response was that I could "get that from the website." She then spelled out her name as Shanyall Perdue. I googled the Law Firm and found that the spelling she gave me was completely incorrect, meaning she straight lied. Long Story Obtained Law Firm info only (no name) from my legal services plan.
