I've had a number of treatments in the NovoTHOR light bed at Potts Point for muscle recovery after exercise which has totally helped improved the rate of recovery. Recommend this to anyone who trains and wants to improve recovery and performance.
I've had treatment for my persistent back pain and within 2-3 treatments with Lydia I felt much less pain and more mobility
I had treatment with Quantum Pain Management originally and now with Quantum Laser Therapy as it is closer for me. Lydia is super friendly and my knee was substantially less painful within a few sessions. Would recommend!
