I bought a Gazelle Medeo bike from Quantum three years ago. The sales process was clear, the pricing was competitive, and the bike setup was perfect. Recently, I brought the bike in for some routine maintenance, and again, the service was excellent, the price fair, and I had my bike returned to me when promised. All this, and the owners are a pleasure to deal with.
I’ve heard they would service and repair e-bikes here even if it’s not purchased from here. Many shops do not want to touch your e-bike unfortunately. For repairs that are not related to the electronics of the e-bike however, I would suggest going elsewhere since it’ll be cheaper (like hydraulic brake bleeding or regular maintenance). Their technicians likely have good qualifications for more expensive and more complicated repairs but for simpler more standard work that needs to be done on your bike, you can definitely go el... read more
