The magical hands of Heidi and Efisia guide your body on a journey of healing. The 45 minutes disappeared and I completely let go. A wonderful relaxing and releasing experience! I had an amazing Spinal Flow group session with Heidi and Efizia. They did a fantastic job explaining how Spinal Flow works. I felt very relaxed and calm during the session and had a sense of inner peace after. Definitely planning to come back for more. Highly recommend!
