RTT with Terry helped me face and deal with childhood feelings that impacted my adult self esteem. I felt safe, aware and in control throughout the process, but the experience was profound. Terry is a supportive, methodical pragmatic coach. I often struggle to finish what I start, so was very proud of what I achieved during a very stressful time.
I went along not quite sure what to expect but was talked through everything thoroughly. The session was very useful to me and helped me get to know myself and my past better. I am a very anxious person and have felt more optimistic and noticed I worry much less since. I would definitely recommend, Terry is a brilliant therapist and can help a great deal!
I would highly recommend Terry; She is a very professional and effective hypnotherapist. I had one session with her. Terry helped me to identify and remove a limiting decision that was stopping me from moving forward with my coaching business. Before the session, I felt so helpless and did not know what is stopping me from thriving. Now I am feel free. I feel strong emotionally and I am capable of achieving my dream goals. Thank you.
