2016Great place to do my car and personal loans without a long wait. It's usually not busy at all and they have a large staff do I'm in and out quickly. Not to mention they have low interest rates and skip-a-pay which I use at Christmas every year to skip my car payments during Christmas or whenever I like.

unprofessional customer service and the manager actually hung up when i called to complain didn't really care what i had to say and justified her tellers

The Irving location has new management and move all their member services to the 2nd floor. When I ask to see the member service, the front desk refused and said I had to see the teller. After asking 2 or 3 times she still refused so I asked for the manager and finally they send someone from the 2nd floor to the empty member office on the 1st floor, which she was very helpfully. I have been banking here for about 8 months and I really don't feel that they are a bank (excuse me a credit union) that I feel very comfortable with. The web site is very strange and it doesn't always have good access. I banked at a credit union in Fort Worth and felt extremely good about them, they seemed to be always in the know and offering newer ways for me to do business with them. One other thing about Qualtrust is the location of their ATM machine, I wouldn't feel safe doing any banking there at dusk.
