Went for microsuction of ear wax. Done by audiometrist. Worst experience as I had a lot of pain from the procedure. There was no preparation before I went for this procedure and there was no camera to see what was going on. Saw my GP and was told my ear was very inflamed and ear had lots of wax.Returned back , no charge but she could not remove it and ask me to see Ear specialist. My mum had an appointment with the audiologist. As she got out of her car she fell and lacerated her elbow badly. Amy, the receptionist, and the audiologist took wonderful care of her. Amy drove my mum to the hospital in my mum’s car, then drove the car back to my parent’s house. Just fantastic care from them.

After months of procrastinating and approaching many large hearing aid providers unable to assist…. I took the bold step and entered the Qualtone acoustics Mitcham outlet , the receptionist was pleasant and very helpful. I was then referred to Annette ( Audiometrist) Annettte was professional and articulate, my Phonak BHE hearing aid was serviced on the spot at a fraction of the cost….. with no pushy sales tactics…. Undoubtedly the best provider I’ve dealt with over a 25 year period
