Gareth is the worst least empathic human being I have met. Yelled at my mom for no reason, delayed a transaction so much that we had to did not even have a say. He made decisions for us, and apparently the wrong ones. You should be checking him thoroughly as the vile emails he is sending are something we shall be posting on the news websites. I hope measures will be taken against him
