I recently concluded the conveyancing on my property with J.A. Hughes on Beulah Road, Cardiff. I was very pleased to have Mrs. Moseley coordinate the sale. All inquiries were addressed promptly, and return calls were always made on time. If you chose this practice aim to get Mrs.Mosely as your coordinate.
Avoid this firm. You will be constantly contacting them and paying for every email for a response. The will department are the worse. Just type up what you say and charge you for the letterhead. Also rude if questioned and reply with we can not advise. Charge for every word amendment! Terrible
Unfortunately I did not find this company to be "Quality" at all. My transfer of property case was very straightforward, but I found I always had to be the one chasing. I never actually met the solicitor assigned to my case (Marcelle). Overall, I never seemed to receive an update - always me contacting them. The whole process took so much longer than it needed to, albeit a lot of the delay was due to the Land Registry. From the start of my case to the filing of it was two years! I would never use this company again.
Outstanding service, used JA Hughes for a recently and could not fault the service from start to finish. Melissa and her team were great, always responding really quickly to emails and phone calls. Would highly recommend!
Polite , friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
